We rent campers and motor homes from our base in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, UK. We are well located for the entire East Anglia region as well as Essex & Norfolk.

All our vehicles are modern and well specified.

Campers and motorhomes give you a mini version of everything you expect from a holiday cottage - somewhere to sleep and to relax in privacy, with cooking facilities, a loo and a good shower.

Except that this cottage comes with a steering wheel. Where would you like your room to be located this evening? Do you want to open the window to the same river view as this morning, or a very different one - the sea perhaps? Mountains? Even a park in the middle of your favourite city?

That's the magic of these vehicles. It's your bedroom, your bathroom, your kitchen, your living room, and your way of getting to your next destination, friends' house, festival, tourist spot, town or supermarket.

Which vehicle is right for me?
Clio is a Volkswagen T7 long wheel base at 5.4 metres long, and it will fit anywhere a car fits (including under car park height barriers). It has two beds, four seatbelts, a hob and sink, a small fridge and a manual gearbox. It doesn't have hot running water, a shower or toilet (though you can borrow our porta-potti).

Mouse is also 5.4 metres long but higher than Clio because it doesn't have a pop-top. Unlike Clio, it has a full bathroom (toilet, basin, shower). There's one double bed, four seatbelts, a hob and sink, a good sized fridge/freezer and a manual gearbox.

Piglet is 6.0 metre long and has a bathroom with basin, shower and toilet. At the back there's a double bed which can be made into parallel sofas during the day (there's a removable table), and a single can be made up at the front. It has generous storage, four seatbelts, a hob, a sink, a big fridge/freezer, a dining area with swivelling front seats, and a manual gearbox.

Froggy is the same as Piglet but 36cm longer, giving a huge 6'3" by 6'3" superking side bed with more storage above and below. It's a good choice for off-grid camping, having a big solar panel and uprated battery.

Hugo is our 6.0 metre motorhome with an electric drop-down double bed (just wind it into the ceiling during the day) which is accessed via a ladder, and another double bed you can make up from the sofas. It has two rear belted seats with Isofix. There's a good size bathroom with basin, toilet and separate shower cubicle. Hugo has a sink, hob and oven, a big fridge/freezer, and a large folding table for use inside or outside. The gearbox is automatic.

Tigger is also 6.0m long, and has no rear seatbelts. Unlike Hugo it's a narrow body motorhome, making it ideal for those worried about driving on narrow lanes, but wanting more space inside than a camper van like Piglet or Froggy can offer. It has all the same facilities as Hugo, including an automatic gearbox and generous bathroom. It's ideal for couples wanting a compact vehicle with decent storage space.

Rooster is a 6.4 metre narrow body motorhome with two double beds in separate areas, and 4 seatbelts. It has a large wetroom with basin, toilet and shower, a sink, hob, oven and large fridge/freezer. There's a huge garage space accessible from both sides of the van and suitable for 2-3 bikes including electric bikes, and a wind-out awning.

Goose is a 7.0 metre motorhome with 4 seatbelts and three beds. Two of the beds are electric drop-down types (both doubles), and one is a superking converted from the lounge area. There's a large wetroom with basin, toilet and shower, a sink, hob, oven and large fridge/freezer. At the rear is a huge U-shaped lounge, with a large folding table, making a great space for family meals or just chilling out. There's an outside storage space accessible from both sides, for flatter items (not bikes), and a wind-out awning. You can hire a large awning tent which attaches to the side of the van. Goose has an automatic gearbox.

Angus is a 7.3 metre motorhome; like Goose is has a similarly huge U-shaped lounge at the back. Facilities are the same as Goose, but it has 6 seatbelts. Like Goose it has three beds, but in a different format: one is an electric drop-down bed at the rear (double), the second is a conversion of the lounge (superking), and the third is converted from the dinette area (double). It has an automatic gearbox, and again you can hire a large awning tent which attaches to the side of the van.

The CV range - 5.4m models

Two 5.41m layouts are offered.

The CV540 offers a fixed double bed but unlike many similar models there's also a dinette, which means you have a practical separate place to eat. A 100 litre water tank and capacity for two gas cylinders plus the option of a solar panel makes this a practical option for go-anywhere travel and off-grid adventuring. Starts at just over £51,000.

The CV541 is a unique layout no other manufacturer offers. By moving the sleeping area into a pop-top, the van offers a great lounging and dining twin sofa space at the back. Access to the pop-top is unique too, via a permanent staircase rather than a ladder. All this for under £60,000.

The CV range - 6.0m models

Three 5.99m layouts are offered.

The CV600 offers a fixed double bed, a dinette area to seat 4, and four seatbelts. There are also options for a pop-top or to convert the dinette area into a second bed. Three spec levels priced from under £50,000.

Another way to sleep 4 people without a pop-top is to go for the CV601 with its bunk beds, both full doubles in size. Priced under £55,000.

If you prefer a twin bed for independently accessible beds (which can be joined into a king size if required), then take a look at the CV602, also under £55,000.

The CV range - 6.4m models

Three 6.36m layouts are offered. All are based on the practical twin bed format, allowing for two separate beds which can be joined to create a king. A pop-top is an option on all models.

The CV640 is the entry level priced from just £51,290 - incredible value for a well-built LWB vehicle.

Next up in spec is the CV640Pro which adds painted bumpers, alloys, a bathroom window, full cab blinds and an awning, priced at under £56,000.

Finally the CV640Pro+ adds a panoramic roof window and framed side and rear windows for under £59,000.

The V range

The V range are narrow-body motorhomes. Being only slightly wider than the CV camper range, but using a motorhome format, these models blend practical living with ease of driving on narrow roads.

You'll notice that the wing mirrors are not on long arms like a traditional motorhome, which belies their slimmer body; but the motorhome format means you don't have the narrow pinch-point which features in camper vans.

The range kicks off with the 6m long V132, offering a classic transverse bed, a generous dinette area, full bathroom with swing-wall for a decent shower space, and even a garage. Priced around £50,000.

There are four models with longitudinal twin beds that can be made into a large double (6'4 square). The V337 is a practical 6.66m for two people, or there's the V347 at 6.98m which adds two additional single bed options.

If you prefer an island bed there's the spacious V339 at 6.88m.

All the models start at under £54,000. But the question you're probably asking is whether those prices are for a very basic vehicle, which ends up being north of £70,000 by the time you've added the extras it really needs? Fair question, but the answer if a firm no.

For example, take the V337 twin bed priced from £53,890. Let's add the Pro+pack which brings a long list of additions such as grey cab, alloy wheels, cab blinds carpet and sunroof, a second roof light, painted bumpers, door fly screen, a second garage door and a 4m awning. Then we'll opt for the Fiat chassis on an automatic gearbox (the manuals are based on the Citroen), larger fuel tank, a reversing camera, solar panel, cabling for a TV, an oven, upgraded Truma heating and hot water that works from electricity as well as gas. Total price: £63,500.

The T range

If you prefer to stick to a conventional full-width motorhome, you'll be maximising on internal space.

There's another 6m model in the T135, but this time with a corner French bed (no ladder) that pivots up to reveal lots of storage space.

Then there are 5 variants of the popular twin beds format. The T328 and T338 are just under 7m long, each offering different kitchen formats. Then there's the 7.3m T448 offering longer beds.

If your priority is bedroom space, the 7.4m T447 features two extra long beds (6'10" and 7'0") which convert to one king-size bed of 6'10" x 5'5". Finally the T457 is also 7.4m and offers a split bathroom, with separate shower space.

And lastly there's an island bed option in the flagship T459, which also offers a split bathroom with an oversize shower cubicle.

Base prices run from £58,390 to £63,290.
